With the experience throughout the company our engine rebuilds go through all the required processes during strip down, meaning all the components are checked for signs of wear or cracks etc., and parts found to be faulty are replaced with new.

All major components such as crankshafts will be crack tested, ground (where necessary) and polished.

Con Rods are checked for alignment, Cylinder Blocks pressure tested and the face machined (where necessary).

Service Exchange Parts are used where this is the most economical option to help keep the costs to our clients to a minimum.

We understand that our clients are looking for value for money but more importantly the reliability of the rebuilt engine once returned.

Going through all the manufacturers recommended procedures throughout gives our client the confidence that the job is done correctly first time every time.

We leave nothing to chance as all East Coast Diesel rebuilt engines are Dynamometer tested on our premises and a Test Certificate provided to our client.
